What data do we process?

Data submitted via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), selected topic and the message text. Technically necessary server logs (IP address, timestamp) are temporarily recorded.

What do we use it for?

Solely to answer your inquiry and manage the resulting business relationship (legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual steps, and (f) — legitimate interest). We do not send newsletters and do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long do we keep it?

Contact messages are stored for at most 12 months after the matter is closed, or until you request deletion at [email protected].

Who has access?

Only Growly staff. Hosting infrastructure: Hetzner Online GmbH servers (EU — Germany/Finland). For email notifications we may use bluefox.email as a processor.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — via [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Hungary: NAIH, naih.hu).
